Setting Power Zones

I can't seem to get any data to show in the Performance Manager. Any special trick? I should also note that I'm not getting any data for BikeScore or xPower.

Find the options/preferences dialog (on linux and windows Tools->Options... on mac GoldenCheetah->Preferences...)

The important page for your question is Power Zones, and the HR Zones work the same way. You need to make sure you have a critical power value set on a date before any of your data... or GC will not calculate BikeScore or Daniels points needed for the PM. If you want TRIMP, you need to set up the HR zones as well.

The trick is to make sure the "From Date" is pre-workouts... GC does not back calculate the power zones. If your From Date is today, then the only workouts in your PM will be those you did today.

I think you also can autocalc Critical Power from the Critical Power page with the "Save CP value" button. If there are no saved critical power values already, the save will set a data 1/1/1900, which will be fine.

Once you have a stored critical power number, you should see BikeScore, xPower and some nice zone shadings... the PM page should also work for you.
