What you need to do is find the Youtube key:

So if we take Colin's video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTdj7tnFxQ0&feature=player_detailpage

   The key is: rTdj7tnFxQ0

Then you simply put in the plugin's wiki markup for Youtube using the key as such: {{youtube(rTdj7tnFxQ0)}}

And then get yourself a Quiche Lorraine.
